We will send you a fob that you attach to your keys then all you have to do is download the SmartFob app which lets you:
Ring your keys so you can find them quickly – how smart is that?
View your keys most recent location so you can retrace your steps.
And if you’ve lost your phone – you can use your keys to find it – even if your phone is on silent!
Keycare Benefits
Up to £1,500 annual cover for lost and stolen keys, replacement locks and any call out charges.
Cover for locksmith charges if keys are locked in your car or home with a cover limit of £1,500.
If your vehicle is left unusable due to the loss or theft of keys, Keycare will pay up to £50 a day for three days vehicle hire.
Emergency helpline 24 hour, 365 days a year.
Your No Claims Discount will NOT be affected.
Keycare will pay up to £100 for onward transport costs to get you to your home or chosen destination in the event of loss or theft of your keys.

What if my keys are stolen or lost forever?
Don’t worry. We’ll cover the cost of getting a new set of keys including any locksmith call-out charges. We will also replace ALL your other keys that are attached to your fob, so you’re not locked out of your home too.
Just tap the “Report Lost” button on the app and someone will get in touch with you.
Do I need to pay an excess if I make a claim on my Keycare?
No, there's no excess to pay if you need your keys replaced.
