How easy is it really?
When building Stroll Insurance, customers' told us that when it comes to car insurance, one of the biggest areas of confusion was around renewing.
We admit, it is a bit of a process however we aim to simplify it.
Check our process broken down what happens to help you understand what’s involved:
Step 1
No one likes unexpected bills, especially nowadays, so we'll send you a handy reminder 60 days before your car insurance is due.
It'll also remind you to check your login details and ensure you've access to your customer account as your renewal quote will be sent there for you to review it.
Step 2
Insurers typically only share their renewal prices 20-30 days in advance. Prices are then calculated based on your current policy details, so if anything needs updated it's vital that you tell us asap.
We also ensure that you’ll receive the same, if not better price, than new customers joining us (if they've the same risk).
Step 3
When your renewal quote is ready, we’ll update your customer account and give you a heads up via email to let you know that it's available to look over.
Step 4
We always want you to have the right cover in place that suits your needs.
Our system makes it super easy for you to compare last year's policy with this year, and also add any optional policy extras that you might fancy to boost your cover.
Step 5
If you decide to stay with us, make sure to double check all your info is correct and that the cover meets your needs. If you need to make any changes just email us at hello@strollinsurance.co.uk. Or if you're happy enough, simply review the payment methods available and select whatever option suits you best to pay and that’s it!
Finally we'll send you an email to confirm that your policy has been renewed, and follow up with a notification to let you know when your new documents have been generated. It's as simple as that!
