When will I receive my replacement car?
Once you've made a claim and it's been approved, you should receive a replacement car within 48 hours.
Can I go anywhere with my replacement car?
For our NI customers who can have a replacement car the answer is pretty much! But if you need to drive it outside of Northern Ireland, such as the Republic of Ireland, you must let us know first.
What if the accident wasn’t my fault, do I still get a replacement car?
If the other party is to blame, then you usually claim against their insurance.
If you’re at fault, then this is where this Replacement Car comes in handy. So, either way, you’ll not have to get the bus unless you want to!
