Once you've downloaded the Stroll app, you can log in using the email address and password you used when you set up your customer account via the "magic link" we sent to you in an email when you purchased your policy.
If you haven't set up your account yet, simply follow the below steps:
1. Check your inbox for an email from Stroll, confirming you have successfully purchased your car insurance.
Handy tip: The subject line in your email will look something like this - "Jess, you're insured!"
2. Click on the "magic link" within the email to choose a password and confirm access to your account. You'll need to enter this password every time you log in.
3. You're all set! You can now log in to your account and the app anytime to view your policy details and docs.
If you want to update your password, you can follow these few easy steps below.
1. Log in to your customer account and click "Account"
2. Click "Edit" beside Password
3. Enter your current password, then your new one and confirm your new one to make sure it is correct. And hit "Save". We will also send you an email to confirm your new password.
