There are a couple of ways you can upload your documents:
1. You can log in to your customer account and upload them there.
2. Or via our app. It takes seconds to upload them from your phone. All you have to do is download the app (if you haven’t already done so) and click on “Documents” and follow the steps.
Handy Tips:
- Lighting is key! Make sure the images are bright and evenly lit.
- Place your driver's license on a dark or plain background.
- Hold your phone as still as you can to stop it from blurring.
If you don’t hear from us, then your documents have been verified and approved. Happy Days!
Not to worry - if you are having trouble uploading your docs, please contact us via Live Chat and one of our agents will advise you of next steps.
Alternatively, you can email your docs to support@strollinsurance.co.uk.
Driver’s Licence
Every customer of Stroll will need to provide their driving licence to verify their details. You will need to send us photos of your driving licence (both front and back), as well as the paper part.
Proof of Address
Some insurers may ask for this and could be in the form of a utility bill or bank statement.
No Claims Bonus
If you told us you have a No Claim Bonus, we will need to see proof of how many years. You can request this from your previous insurer.
Don’t forget, we will ask you to send these docs to us within 14 days of taking out your policy. You can upload them on our app or via your customer account.
It means we need proof or confirmation of the details you gave us in your quote like your name, address, date of birth, no claims bonus and your driving history.
This helps
us make sure all information you provided is correct, so you have the right policy.
It's super quick to upload your driving licence. All you have to do is log in to the Stroll app and click on "Documents", you can then choose images from your media or take new ones.
