Every customer of Stroll will need to provide their driving licence to verify their details. You will need to send us photos of your driving licence, as well as the paper part.
Proof of Address
We may ask for this if your documents have a different address to the address that we hold for you. This could be in the form of a recently dated utility bill or bank statement.
No Claims Bonus
If you told us you have a No Claim Bonus, we will need to see proof of how many years. You can request this from your previous insurer. A renewal notice or statement of fact won't have enough info for us. If you having trouble finding your No Claims Bonus, talk to us on live chat.
Don’t forget, we will ask you to send these docs to us within 14 days of taking out your policy. You can upload them on our app or via your customer account.
