To log into your customer account go to the Customer Login section and enter the email address and password you used when you registered for your account.
If you haven't finished setting up your account, go check out the FAQ "How do I set up my Stroll account?" for all the info you need.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Search your inbox for the confirmation email you received when you purchased your policy with us - the subject line so search for is: Your Car Insurance Policy - Register your account
2. Click on the link within the email to register, choose a password and gain access to your account. You'll need to enter this password every time you log in. You're all set!
Don't worry, if you've forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgotten Password?" link when you go to the Customer Login page. Simply enter the email connected to your account and we will send you a link via email to help you create a new one.

If you want to update your password, you can follow these few easy steps below.
1. Log in to your customer account and click "Account"
2. Click "Edit" beside Password
3. Enter your current password, then your new one and confirm your new one to make sure it is correct. And hit "Save". We will also send you an email to confirm your new password.

1. Get a quote
Enter your reg plate here, add your personal info and car details, then customise what level of cover you need.
2. Choose a payment method
We are pretty flexible so you can choose to pay it all in one lump sum or in monthly instalments.
If you decide to spread the cost over monthly instalments, you can choose how your deposit (20%, 30%, 40% or 50%) and the rest will be paid over 8, 9 or 10 repayments - whatever works best for you and your budget.
3. Receive your documents
Once you've completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email requesting you to register to gain access to your customer account. As soon as your insurance docs are ready you will receive another email inviting you to log into your account. Your policy documents live in your customer account so everything is easily accessible when you need it.
4. Verifying your identity
You may need to verify some things like your No Claims Bonus. If that's the case, we will ask for these by email. Simply use your device to take a photo and upload into your customer account under the Uploads section for our team to pick up.
You can update your marketing preferences any time by logging into your customer account, clicking on the Help section, and selecting Edit by your customer name/email address.
If you want to update your email address, you can follow these 4 easy steps below.

Log in to the Customer Account and select Help.
Step 2
Click “Edit” beside your profile information – Name/Email Address
Step 3
Select “Edit” beside your email address.
Step 4
Enter your current email address and hit “Send Code".
Step 5
Go to your inbox and copy and paste the confirmation code and hit “Verify”. We will send all information relating to your policy to your new email address.
