Verify your information
We always ask our customers to verify the info they've given us by uploading docs proving their identity.
To upload them, simply log in to your account on our website or log into our app. Go to the Uploads section and upload the docs we’ve requested from you.
Making a claim
As an insurance provider, we're on your side and we’re always prepared for the unexpected 24/7.
Our claims department will make sure you get your claim heading in the right direction from the start and if the incident wasn’t your fault, they can act on your behalf to manage your claim with your insurer and any other parties involved.

Simply follow these steps:
1. Check your inbox for an email from Stroll, confirming you have successfully purchased your car insurance.
Handy tip: The subject line in your email will look something like this - "Jess, you're insured!"
2. Click on the link within the email to choose a password and confirm access to your account. You'll need to enter this password every time you log in.
3. You're all set! You can now log in to your account anytime to view your policy details and docs.
To find out when your car insurance is up for renewal, you can check your policy documents, contact your provider or direct insurer.
Stroll Insurance customer can simply log in to your customer account.
Before your car insurance is set to expire, your insurer may also send out a reminder email in the weeks before so be sure to keep an eye out.
To log into your customer account go to the Stroll acccount page and enter the email address and password you used when you set up your account.
