We always ask our customers to verify the info they've given us by uploading docs proving their identity.
To upload them, simply log in to your account and upload the docs we’ve asked for. You can also download our app and do it from there.

Making a claim
As a broker, we're always on your side and we’re always prepared for the unexpected 24/7.
Using our app, you can easily report a claim or request a call back. Our claims partner will make sure you get your claim heading in the right direction from the start and if the incident wasn’t your fault, they can act on your behalf to manage your claim with your insurer and any other parties involved.

Yes, you need to be a Stroll customer to use our app.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Check your inbox for an email from Stroll, confirming you have successfully purchased your car insurance.
Handy tip: The subject line in your email will look something like this - "Jess, you're insured!"
2. Click on the link within the email to choose a password and confirm access to your account. You'll need to enter this password every time you log in.
3. You're all set! You can now log in to your account anytime to view your policy details and docs.
Got an Apple device?
You can then download the app from the Apple App Store here. You'll just need to check your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 13 or above as we don't support versions below.
Android fan?
You can download the app from the Google Play Store here. We have optimised support for Android OS 8 and above.
